Asus has launched its new Zenfone Max India today through a live stream nicknamed “LiveUnplugged” in India. The new Asus Zenfone Max comes with refreshed house which now includes a processor 615 octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon with 32GB of internal storage. The new variant Asus Zenfone Max 2 GB of RAM is priced at Rs 9,999 while the 3GB RAM variant is Rs 12,999 and can be purchased on Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal.
Asus has improved the offer of 2 GB of RAM in the old model to include both a 2GB and 3GB variant that are now coupled with an updated processor. The internal memory is expandable and supports microSD cards up to 64GB capacity. On the list of features that remain unchanged, we have 5000 mAh battery, 4G radios and support for OTG. The device can also be used to charge other devices such as a food bank.
The front and rear cameras remain unchanged, while the device is now operating a ZenUI updated with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow as a base. The box includes an OTG cable and a USB charger providing 1 amp output it a long wait for the phone to charge from 0 to 100 percent.
